New or Used Products
To be qualified for a return or exchange, any new or used items must fulfill the following requirements:
Return shipping of any product must be completed within 14 days of the original delivery date.
To get a complete refund, the new product or products must be in their original, unused, brand-new condition.
Defective Products
Unless the goods was received malfunctioning at the time of delivery, customers are responsible for covering all shipping charges related to a defective product return. The consumer bears the expense of return shipping otherwise.
Damaged / Missing Items
Anything missing or damaged from a purchase has to be reported within 72 hours after delivery. Kindly get in touch with us and we will handle the problem right away.
Return Instructions

Returned with the item must be all attachments and product component parts.
